      - Nice company - A lot of opportunities for individual contributors and for the company - Nice tech and product team, with skilled people, good stack

      Cons

      - COVID situation damaged the business and we need to re-organize ourselves in this new context. On the other side, it's a good opportunity on the used car market.

      Équipe technique compétente et solidaire malgré un cto totalement perdu

      Cons

      Arrêter d’annoncer des objectifs qui ne sont jamais tenus et aligner enfin les décisions avec les discours. Stabiliser les priorités au lieu de changer de direction en permanence. Prendre la dette technique au sérieux avant que le produit ne devienne ingérable. Mettre en place une communication honnête et arrêter les effets d’annonce. Revoir en profondeur le fonctionnement du management, aujourd’hui source de blocages plus que de solutions.
