Pros

Working for Capacity did offer great coverage of insurance premiums. Always had free snacks. It had a amusing, relaxed work atmosphere.

Cons

There were lots of times when management and the other employees acted childish, especially at some meetings.

It all starts with working with good people. You really feel that everyone that you work with really cares about the product and they like working with each other on a common goal.

Cons

The startup life is not for everybody. Priorities do change very quickly. Over the last several years they’ve been quite a few acquisitions which could complicate efforts in building a unified product strategy, and it could be stressful for some who have a hard time adapting to changing conditions.
