Great company to work for.

None that I can think of!

- Amazing people to work with! From VPs all the way down, everyone really comes together to get things done without any of the politics and toxic behavior you often see in most work environments. - The workplace culture is really amazing! In my 20+ year career, I've never seen a company that truly lives out its values the way Capacity does. They also take the time to celebrate their people and lift each other up. - Even though it's often hectic (as many startups are), the projects are typically fun and challenging. The solutions being tackled are novel and innovative.

- Salaries are way under market. It's frustrating to be underpaid by 20-30% and be told they can't give you a raise because "it's not in the budget", but then watch the company make acquisition after acquisition or pay to fly employees from all over the world to St. Louis for a holiday party, etc. - C-Suite can sometimes make seemingly nonsensical product decisions and refuse to offer transparent reasoning. This is frustrating, especially when it creates a lot of extra work.
