Pros
Capalo is a great place to work if you want responsibility, ownership and the chance to build systems that have a real impact. In my day-to-day work, I get to work closely with both the product and the underlying data infrastructure, which makes the work feel meaningful and technically interesting.
There is a strong culture of trust, and people are given room to take initiative, learn quickly and contribute beyond a narrow job description. I also appreciate the flexibility, open communication and the fact that the company’s mission in the energy sector is easy to get behind.
Cons
As with many fast-growing startups, processes and ways of working are still developing. Priorities can shift quickly and the pace can sometimes feel intense. This also means that you need to be comfortable with uncertainty, taking ownership and solving problems without everything being fully defined in advance.
