1. Only cordys based company in Kerala 2. Had few good resources for Cordys BPM development 3. Very good company for people living in Tripunitara and for those who want a secondary source of salary 4. Conduct Onam celebrations and every 2 years badminton championships ( may change) 5. Company will demand full loyalty
Cons
1. Very very bad management . 2. Company seriour executive interested only in show offs during temple fests rather than running the orgabization. 3. Salary not payed on time and 99.9 percent will be delayed 4. Payslips cannot be balanced as hidde deduction r present 5. PF payment happens only once in 2 years and except a mass layy off when it happens 6. No roadmaps or future plans . 7. No tranning for employee 8. Projects to be delivered within the said days even though u have no skill for doing those projecs. For eg : share point project will be asked to be developed by Android developer even though the developer has no knowledge about SharePoint and company does not provide any training or time for learning SharePoint 7. Company lays rules for all employee and the management itself breaks it and later twist it to there liking
