      Pros

      Cape is a good Company if somebody want to learn what it takes to work in Oil and Gas Industries. This company provides us the basic training and allows us to grow our carrier.

      Cons

      Here one of the disadvantage is the salary increment and the management is not so good in giving appreciation to the workers.

      i resign becouse i want to go overseas and i want to explore my knowlage and i want more aportunity and of coure i want to be a successful worker

      i have notjing to say about downsidw of my last employer becouse they helped me everything and all of the advantage of safety precautions of the job is all i put in my mind

      Micromanager, Inappropriate management, pushed to work above our job description. Take advantage of younger workers. No HR. Office politics, hostile environment.
