Pros

You will get to learn a lot. No ideal scenarios. They compensate for extra work. Great colleagues to work with, no politics, nothing.

Cons

No ideal scenarios. Can get messy, and the company keeps getting into crises, leading to job instability.

Pros

Didn't find anything as such to be called a pros.

Cons

I've noticed favoritism toward certain employees, with promotions happening regardless of experience levels. If you are starting as an intern, it is not be the best environment for learning, as guidance from managers is very limited — you may need to follow up frequently to get assigned work. The overall work culture can feel unstructured, with more focus on completing hours rather than meaningful learning. KPAs are not clearly defined, and employees are often asked to work outside their roles (e.g., BAs asked to design), with a strong emphasis on using AI tools to speed up tasks. Overall, the experience may not meet expectations for those seeking structured growth and there is no job security, hiring continues alonside layoffs.

Pros

Internal Growth: Capermint is a place where your hard work is actually recognized. I was able to transition from Content Writing into a Digital Marketing Executive role, which speaks volumes about their commitment to employee development. Supportive Leadership: Management is approachable and truly listens to new ideas, making it easy to contribute to the company's success. Work-Life Balance: The environment is professional but maintains a great balance, preventing the burnout often found in the tech industry.

Cons

The fast-paced nature of the industry means things move quickly, so you need to be adaptable, but the team is always there to support you.
