Pros
Work culture at Aricent is fine when it comes to the cultural events and work life balance (as compared with other companies). A person can spend sufficient time of his life in the company provided he has good relations with the upper management.
Cons
- Lack of good projects. Short duration projects which hamper the career growth of an employee because a person cannot just learn a completely new technology after a month or two. - Hard work is not given importance but the bootlicking is.
