Pros
We have the chance of dealing with projects with a high technological content on a daily basis. Projects are always challenging and customers are always demanding, but thanks to the professionality of people involved, we are able to establish a strong trust relationship with our customers that allows everybody to work in a fruitful environment.
Cons
I notice a slight unbalance between the career evolution of people with a strong technical background, with respect to people with a sales background. I believe that the company could benefit more if there could be room at the upper management level for people with a strong technical background.
