They lack activities for the employees as well as benefits. Very low pay when in comparison with what's offered in the market. The evaluation method takes too long and they are not very proactive in giving you a raise. Also, to change projects is way more difficult than what they advertise. They ask you for a 2 month warning if you want to leave the company, regardless of your time there.
