They have some good projects with advanced technologies in telecom.If anyone gets the opportunity to work in these he/she is lucky. Salary is also on a higher side compared to market standard.
Cons
Minimum Job Security, Once you are on bench its very difficult to get a new project and if you remain on bench for a long time get ready to be fired. Company culture is bad, they will treat you as a slave. Managment is for name sake, HR has no control over them, they will do whatever they want, Can exploit you as and when they want
