Pros
- Good Salary compared to other Consultancy Companies, except Accenture. - Constant internal courses and opportunities to learn - Access to diversity of projects
Cons
- International company but without international exchange. There is no comperation at the engineering level between countries (no international courses, no resources exchange, etc). There is a program to move inside Altran but if you move, you completely cut old ties with the previous location. - Very little data-driven management.
