- You get opportunity to work on best technologies in industry - open culture, technically sound ppl, good opportunities to explore - Believes in retaining good and technically sound employees - Mostly you get opportunity to station yourself in technology of your choice - Some management ppl are really genuine, depends majorly on your performace
Cons
- Salary is not at all competitive as per market standards - Aricent is not growing, its the same what it was 5 yrs back. - You'll have tough time if you are not performing well
