      Pros

      Great work!! with all the latest stack getting added to resume is an advantage. No firing because of Corona time itself is a plus point. Infact delayed hike!!! means hike during this time though mearge is appreciable.

      Cons

      With great work, comes great work pressure. And ofcourse hike sucks! guess this is with most of the organization if not every.
