      1. You will learn many things as a fresher 2. Flexibility. WFH option 3. Onsite opportunities. Depends on team though 4. Good hikes (12-14%) for good performers. 5. Free snacks at 7pm 6. Good Transport facility.

      Cons

      1. Less extra curricular activities..like team outings and cultural programmes. 2. Not competitive salary, if compared to other companies(Still good for freshers.)
