      Work Life balance. Flexi Benefits (Note : it is common in most of the mnc's) Good managers. Cultue Value.

      Cons

      *Leave Policy is not consistent escpecially during covid times. They will change the policy for the benefit of company. *Poor Employee Policy. *2-3% Hike in annual year, it would be reflect around 1k to 1.5k in monthly salary. even if you're an experienced engineer you should not be expect more than 3k rise in monthly salary .
