Pros
1. Nice Challenging Environment. 2. Awesome training at Nalanda, Gurgaon, India. 3. One of the best Telecommunication company available in India. 4. You will get plenty of offer to prove yourself. 5. Few Managers are awesome but most of them are partial.
Cons
1. Salary is average compared to other companies 2. Politics is too much. 3. Performance Ratings are not transparent if you are not under good manager. 4. Promotions are majorly driven by salary range rather than skills.
