Pros
They dont try to make a fool out of their employees. During the interview process I had requested a lower salary but was offered higher than what I asked.
Cons
Co-workers are not really a smart lot. Some need a lot of pushing to get them upto speed. Many are pushed into a project without matching their skills and the project requirement.
