Pros
- Good clients - No overburden with time tracking - Strong engineers community - Insurance - You have paid long holidays which start from 1st till 7th of January without burning your own paid holidays.
Cons
- No nice social system inside of company ( you cannot see other people/roles/profile) - Stupid place tracking (per week you need to enter their system and enter that you've been working whole week from home) - No actual sick leave days. You need to provide a medical certificate even if you have a headache.
