Bus facilities for delhites and free cab facilty for late workers.
Cons
No recognition for good work. All credit goes to the person higher up in the ladder because management only listens to them. Showing enthusiasm for learning much leads to negative impact. They want donkeys who will labour for them day and night doing useless work with no self learning and no life. Low salary.
