      -Projects are plenty in number -Initial training for 3 months is the best training in coding you can get anywhere. You get to learn so much in so little time. -Flexible timings -No dress code -projects are diverse -people are friednly

      Cons

      -Salary isn't that great, but I guess it is the same as any other service based company out of India -Some projects have no on-site opportunities -Raises are not much
