Pros

good hiring support ,Languages assistance provided ,Training programs using coursera and udemy, Hybrid mode ,remote work

Cons

Very very low pay. Way lesser than market standard. Impossible to survive in Porto or Lisbon and they are not interested in discussing salary revision. Worst management I have ever seen,Multiple Managers but never one to one happen, no interaction , even though you try to mail, msg they never get connected . Giving any work for mostly not new technology but no training provided, no support. Expat You need to pay 3 time more what they spent on you during hiring process Dear Expats, Don't join here and don't wait for them, they may cancel the offer anytime. They don't have any ethics, don't trust them. If you are coming, please change the company ASAP. There is no job security

Pros

- Standard benefits - Depending on the team you're on, can be a relatively easygoing environment - Ample vacation time, generally readily approved

Cons

- Far, FAR below market wage - No yearly raises or even discussion. With inflation, I'm making less now than I did previously. - Zero room for advancement (see below) - You can be a superstar for the client but that translates into no actual benefits pay or promotion wise at Capgemini - they're entirely unrelated. - My manager basically forgot I exist for over a year which means no discussion about performance, promotion, raises, etc - Opaque processes around pay, promotion, etc - Come here if you want your career and paycheck to stagnate and die - Zero appreciation or acknowledgement from the Capgemini team with the client - there's no carrot and stick, just the stick. No real reason to go above and beyond.
