- no clear direction or priorities set - all products have lots of legacy code, so very poor design - low pay and growth - horrible middle management - no real in company training or guidance, relies on portals and 3rd party training - people get fed up quickly and keep quitting, and they get replaced with new people, this way no one really knows the product - large part of leadership went to radisys and then poached most of the food talent from here to their company. - literally entire teams have been poached to radisys
