Dear colleague, Thank you for your review on our Glassdoor profile. Your comments are valuable to us and help us to continuously improve. I am pleased that you appreciate the positive development opportunities within our diverse project landscape. We are aware that the stability of projects is crucial for a good working environment. At the same time, I am sorry to hear that you were apparently disappointed with some aspects of us as an employer. Even though you have now left Capgemini Engineering, it is very important for us to discuss the points that did not go so well in your eyes. We definitely want to emphasize that there are no mass layoffs at the moment. We are merely undergoing a structural reorganization at the Wolfsburg site to secure our long-term viability and are placing particular emphasis on making this process as socially responsible as possible. I look forward to speaking with you personally again. If this is also in your interest, please feel free to contact me by email (diana.solinc@capgemini.com). Many greetings to Berlin, Diana

Pros

Offers the most benefits among leading IT consultants in the same league. Great opportunities for knowledge growth.

Cons

Increments are generally between 4% and 10%. Promotions, on the other hand, do not usually come with a significant increase.
