Dear Colleague, Thank you for taking the time to review Capgemini Engineering as employer! I am pleased to hear that you appreciate our diverse project landscape and find value in some of our employee benefits for example our mobile working options both domestically and internationally as well as the “Egym Wellpass”. We are committed to fostering a positive work environment and are always eager to learn how we can improve. I understand that there are a few areas where you currently feel less comfortable. I would like to discuss these concerns with you personally to better understand your perspective and explore potential solutions. Please feel free to contact me via email at natalie.radomski@capgemini.com to arrange a convenient time for us to talk. Best regards, Natalie

Pros

- Standard benefits - Depending on the team you're on, can be a relatively easygoing environment - Ample vacation time, generally readily approved

Cons

- Far, FAR below market wage - No yearly raises or even discussion. With inflation, I'm making less now than I did previously. - Zero room for advancement (see below) - You can be a superstar for the client but that translates into no actual benefits pay or promotion wise at Capgemini - they're entirely unrelated. - My manager basically forgot I exist for over a year which means no discussion about performance, promotion, raises, etc - Opaque processes around pay, promotion, etc - Come here if you want your career and paycheck to stagnate and die - Zero appreciation or acknowledgement from the Capgemini team with the client - there's no carrot and stick, just the stick. No real reason to go above and beyond.
