      In the beginning this was a premier restaurant group great systems and organization great managers and staff.

      Cons

      Now theres a Challenge for some reason CRC just can't hold onto the magic of old!

      Pros

      Fantastic variety of concepts. Accessible corporate office. Chef driven company that allows managers to be creative and to grow.

      Cons

      Company founder moved on to open his own place and they stopped caring about their teams and their buildings. Most of the long term leadership left and then they fired the rest leaving no one who knew how to run anything
