      - CEO - Okay Salary - Maadi office

      Cons

      - Get yelled by managers when they do not listen to you - You pay from your money for traveling to another city FOR WORK - supply chain manager wastes people time - No insurance for long time - Entrepreneur in residence thinks he knows more than most employees (arrogant person) AND does not trust people AND wants to make the company indian - I had covid and FORCED to work by my manager - Fear of COO from most people - NO ONE listens to ANYONE

      - Diversity we have in almost all the teams. - The Dynamic environment. - fast growing with expontential growth. - Good caliber you can learn alot from them. - Anybody is reachable.

      Cons

      - As there is no process clear for everything causes rumors and toxic environment sometime. - Hiring and dismissals chaos. - work and life balance -Departments overlap affecting operations - no clear vision , structure or direction - bad retention for people - lack ownership towards the organization because of the culture ( not feeling like its home )
