Weak work ethic and discipline - Dispatcher Capitol Express Employee Review

No structure, employees run the office and show up whenever, the manager displays the same offensives ( shows up late, does not work weekend and doesn't lead the office) unfortunately these behaviors are displayed by the owner and isn't corrected, no time clock recording hours on paper and bad behavior is rewarded if leaving shift early or down right quiting rather terminating or kicked out.
