Employees are remote from management,

-Provided Computer -Provided Network access device -Had room to negotiate pay advances -Was able to talk to the CEO and founder regarding work place issues

- No real management - Reports tax to state separate from what you make - Works against the workers and not toward actual resolutions - Miss managed security clearance - Would throw time taken for family emergencies in employees face - No clear hierarchy to report work place issues to prior to it being a problem - Felt like a punching bag rather than an employee more times then not - Issues working out overtime or make up time
