There were several reasons no one sticks here. The first reason is the INSANE AMOUNT OF WORK EXPECTED OF US. Not only did it lead to stress and exhaustion, but it also disrupted our work-life balance. I love my family and couldn't allow that! Another reason to dislike this workplace was the low compensation. MY COMPENSATION WAS SO LOW that most people in my family earned double. It was ridiculous. DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE JOINING!
