Pros

I've been working at Capture2 for a year now and couldn't be happier, the leadership genuinely cares for their people and strives to promote a team environment on a daily basis. This shows through personal attention, time invested in training/teaching, and the employee benefits package. Capture2 has a phenomenal reputation for providing excellent support to customers, a reputation built by the great people working there, a team I'm proud to be a part of that strives for 100% and is constantly raising the bar. I love that leadership fosters an environment for growth within your career path and not just a job. Overall, very fulfilling work experience.

Pros

No overhead on getting work done, so changes can implemented and iterated in quickly.

Cons

Toxic work environment. I would avoid working at this company if you can help it. You can read any article on top 10 pitfalls of a startup and this company absolutely nails each one. The pay is extremely meager. Work-life balance is terrible, and management uses the term 9 to 5'rs in a distasteful way. The communication from all highers ups are extremely lacking and there are way too many surprise firings. Their churn on employees is damn near 90%. If you haven't guessed it already, these other 5 star reviews are put in by management.
