      possibility to work from home available

      Cons

      The company needs middle management to help mentor hires and help them grow. Senior Consultants are overworked and only assign you tasks, no real mentorship. CEO is delusional and disconnected from reality, doesn't react well to any form of feedback if it is not praise.

      All the people at Capventis are great. Peers are very supportive and give you their own time to help you succeed on a project. A great place to work as a team

      More assistance from the management team for developing soft skills would be beneficial
