This is one of the most poorly managed organisations I have come across. There is absolutely no clear vision or direction from the CEO or leadership team. Decisions are random, short-sighted, and often change without any logic or communication. The company initially gives new hires a false sense of ownership and importance. However, the moment new people join, existing employees are sidelined, undervalued, and treated as replaceable. There is no respect for tenure, effort, or contribution. The work culture is highly unprofessional and resembles a typical “LALA company” setup, with no structured processes or employee-first mindset. Most employees are frustrated, demotivated and actively looking for opportunities outside. Overall, not recommended for anyone looking for growth, stability, or a respectful work environment.

But once you're in? The buffet is closed. The chef has left the building. The bonus was apparently just a rumour. Job security? Adorable concept. People here get let go for reasons so vague. It's less a workplace and more a surprise elimination game show. And favouritism? Oh, it's alive and thriving! Some employees walk on water while others can't even get a response. Bottom line — if you enjoy living on the edge and roller coaster life, love plot twists, and don't mind promises that evaporate like morning dew, this is the place for you. For everyone else, maybe swipe left. 😅
