Pros

I’ve been working here about two years. No, it’s not perfect. No, it’s not Google, but guess what--at Google, the norm is 14 hour days (and weekends). Management cares about our work/life balance and for that, I’m grateful. Fast growth, lots of opportunity, and I like everyone I work with. It feels satisfying to me to work at a company that’s performing well in the marketplace. * Culture - Lots of smart, cool people - Management is improving at recognizing individual contribution * Technology - Interesting technical problems to be solved! - Lots of cool technologies - Encourage cross-training, get to do new stuff * Compensation - Good salary - Good perks * Overall - Seems company is doing well financially-we’re growing and I’m told we’ve never taken financing - Company seems to be growing at a good rate. is growing at a good pace * Fun - Sometimes we have lunch cookouts. - Dog friendly

Cons

- Can’t hire quality people fast enough - Growth has resulted in some uncertainties in some of the company goals and directions, as well as a lack of clearly defined roles. - Seems like a lot of construction going on

Pros

Working remotely for the last 6 years has been great. The company has seen tremendous growth and I think it is largely due to the tenure of employees, their deep historical knowledge, and the care they have to about the company and their teams.

Cons

This year people in the office got raises and those of us at home got skipped over completely. It's worth pointing out that most of the longest tenured employees are all working from home. The people who have been here the longest, know the most and have the most invested in this company are the ones getting passed over.
