If management was less toxic or could provide their own antitoxin and accept the fact the work was completed by their demands and requirements that they deemed as impossible, then there would be less toxicity in the workplace. My entire team had to leave after the new management interaction as we would have a better chance breaking thru a solid wall than getting them to understand any situation.
