Pros
There are numerous advantages being an employee of Carparts.com. There are limitless income opportunities especially when you're in Sales Dept. We get paid in dollars for our commission and we get paid on time or even earlier. The company also granted us the employee stock option. Employees are well taken care of in terms of benefits. We are well-recognized and given credit where credit is due.
Cons
The only downside I can think of is that the tools could've been improved and we could've utilized tools are user friendly and easy to navigate for us to better service our clients.
