Pros
-Great place for an entry level positions
You will learn a lot about the industry if you show interest
-Company Lunches
-Company Activities, raffles, giveaway.
-Plenty of overtime
Cons
-Pay was pretty low. Some employees gave up asking for an increase in pay.
-Theres a separation between management and employees. Management would want something done without much interaction with the guys doing the Labor.
-Company takes on impossible jobs without strategy. (Heavy hires and promises of no lay offs, but they do a layoff every few months to 2 years.)
-Family Owned company with heavy family influence. If you're not married or blood, you're basically another expendable.
-They honor schooling reimbursement but will underpay you so you don't qualify for it.
