      Pros

      Money is good. Management is on top of things. If you're doing well they recognize it before it's too late. They give back to local organizations as well as the the employees.

      Cons

      The hours. But even those are quite flexible within reason.

      Pros

      Family business with strong commitment to the local community. Company continues to grow and expand. Has a good wellness program encouraging employees to eat right, stop smoking and exercise.

      Cons

      Health insurance is expensive for entry level employees. Like many retail jobs, the hours can be long and many jobs include weekend hours.
