      Pros

      Treated all of us very well as sales people and made sure that we felt at home since we worked such long hours that the dealership was like a home! Very Comfortable atmosphere for work.

      Cons

      Promotions seem a bit biased but other than that it was an amazing experience working for the Carbone family

      Simply boils down to money, they paid well and the benefits were great.

      Pros

      Family business with strong commitment to the local community. Company continues to grow and expand. Has a good wellness program encouraging employees to eat right, stop smoking and exercise.

      Cons

      Health insurance is expensive for entry level employees. Like many retail jobs, the hours can be long and many jobs include weekend hours.
