Company lacks vision, the ability to grow, and an effective management structure that consistently engages and challenge employees. Capable people will quickly outgrow the organization, and should get out as soon as they begin to feel discouraged.

Great people to work with that are passionate about their products/solutions. CardLogix is a small company so there is plenty of opportunity to get some cross functional experience and make an impact.

During my time at CardLogix the company changed direction quite often. But since my departure, the company has taken on new leadership and seems to be doing much better.
