      Lots of change, many challenges, great entrepreneurial culture. This brings a lot of positive dynamics to your job.

      Cons

      Lots of change, many challenges and the entrereneurial culture. Every positive has a flip side, you have to be able to cope with this. For me it was great, but not everyone was fit for this culture.

      Pros

      Lots of different technologies and project types to get involved with. Great, smart people to work with who value your opinion no matter what level you are at.

      Cons

      They lack a coherent data and technology strategy, this hampers the whole business and seemingly small changes take an age. Lots of manual work to get test environments set up properly. Lots of tech debt and unmaintained spaghetti.
