Pros
It is a good opportunity for co-op students. I did my co-op with Cardant Software and was able to apply my skills while learning new technologies. Senior developers are very willing and patient to guide me and share their knowledge with me. The experience and skills I learned during the co-op helps me significantly at school and in my career. I was offered a position after I graduated and currently working at Cardant Software.
Cons
To a beginner, the platform is big and complex; therefore it takes a while to learn and understand how everything works.
