Not a con for me, but it's definitely a startup environment, so will want to like fast paced environment and complex solutions.

• You have to love complexity – and respect the big picture to really be happy here • Like most start-ups, change in direction does happen, those who are nimble will be happiest here. Concrete sequential does not work well. • Startups are not for everyone – those who are self-motivated will enjoy the environment versus people who want a more structured work environment
