Pay doesn't match work demands.
Communication between leadership isn't always kean.
Storage space to facilitate effective daily needs is not satisfactory.
Repairs and updates are needed but not quickly resolved.
Absent unpaid is taken in four or eight hour increments rather than the hours equivalent to hours absent.
