Pros

The appraisal process is mostly structured and happens annually. Performance reviews are sometimes subjective and dependent on immediate managers. Growth is steady but could be more aggressive for high performers. Scope for improvement in transparency and feedback mechanisms during evaluations. The work environment is collaborative and inclusive. Open-door policy with leadership is a big plus. Work-life balance is generally well-maintained, with flexible timings in most departments. Employee engagement activities and team bonding initiatives are frequent and well-executed. Diversity & inclusion efforts are evident and appreciated. Technical Learning: Opportunities for upskilling through internal training programs, webinars, and external certifications. Access to learning platforms like LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, or internal LMS portals. Exposure to cutting-edge technologies depends on the team/project but is generally encouraged. Strong mentorship culture in some departments, but more structured learning paths could help junior developers.

Cons

Some areas like appraisal fairness and role clarity can improve, but overall, it’s a great place to build your career.

Pros

They pay you on time and fairly, according to minimum wage requirements. They abide by laws, specially related to immigration. HR Director is approachable and empathetic. Some celebration of holidays in office happens.

Cons

Highly egoistic owner who will not listen to employees ..his opinion is supreme which is okay as it's his company. However, a manager should push employees to think creatively and have healthy discussions if there is a difference of opinion so everyone learns and improves. All day I would hear owner lecture employees with non-productive and outdated advice. Heavy micro-management with cameras everywhere inside the office making you feel as if you are in prison rather than office and owner walks by employee desks 10 times a day to check on them which is very evident, and odd. They try to track down to the exact minute what time you come and go, and if they don't find you at your desk will track you down hallways. No diversity in hiring at all and hire only employees from their own background. I watched them fire employees for no fault by screaming and insulting them. Suggest coming to work here only if you are unemployed. Do not quit your job to join them as you will get frustrated in a few months and regret it. Also, no career trajectory for people who are career-minded.
