Pros

Lasted longer that I should because of the staff. Very fun and friendly environment (when both management are not in. lol)

Cons

The CEO in Singapore office thinks so highly of himself and demands from his employees. Expects his employees to work from office but will work from home himself. Zero recognition of how his staff will go over and beyond their work. Doesn't trust his employees at all. He demands for stuff to go his way like he owns the place, especially when we are at a restaurant.

Pros

It’s difficult to identify many genuine positives. Some non-management staff were supportive and hardworking, but unfortunately many of the good employees did not stay long-term due to the toxic culture and poor leadership.

Cons

I would never recommend CardioScan as a workplace. The culture is heavily driven by micromanagement, fear, and control rather than trust, support, or genuine leadership. HR creates an environment where staff often feel anxious, unsupported, and constantly scrutinised instead of empowered to do their jobs well. Ideas for improvement, collaboration, or positive cultural change are frequently dismissed very quickly, which leaves employees feeling unheard and undervalued. Rather than encouraging growth and development, there is a clear culture of protecting egos and maintaining control. One of the most disappointing aspects was the lack of support from senior leadership, particularly the CEO. Concerns around staff wellbeing, morale, and toxic workplace culture appeared to be ignored rather than addressed. Many talented and hardworking employees have left because they no longer felt supported or psychologically safe in the environment. There are some genuinely good people working there, but the overall culture makes it difficult for staff to succeed or feel appreciated. Until leadership takes accountability and prioritises people over politics, I could not recommend working here.

Pros

Not many positives. You may meet some good people, but the high staff turnover says a lot about employee retention and overall workplace satisfaction.

Cons

There are significant issues with culture and management. If you see words like “accountability” and “ownership” in the job ad, be prepared for a culture where employees are blamed for everything, constantly micromanaged, and expected to carry excessive pressure. Expect to be severely overworked with no opportunity for growth. You’ll be encouraged to be “proactive” by taking on more and more responsibilities, yet there is no increase in pay — which is already below market rate for the role. The more you do, the more becomes expected of you.
