      Cons

      Corporate entities who live in the corporate world are not in the the trenches at the facilities. They sit in their think tank to come up with fixes to things are not broken.

      Pros

      It’s a good company with a lot of great people. Have had a lot of support and leaders seem to really care about quality and staffing ratios.

      Cons

      Better communication on schedule up front would be nice, but we worked through it.
