Wonderful, professional management. Owners really care about the needs of their employees and the patients/families. Great benefits, outstanding 401-K and PTO package, reasonable cost of medical, dental insurance. Generous pay. Supportive staff and ongoing training opportunities.
Cons
Tough schedule for admission nurses, you must be flexible. Not a good job if you have young children at home, you will work long hours with some late nights.
