      Pros

      Hospice is a wonderful field to work in.

      Cons

      Admin acts nice and then demanding and then nice and then super demanding. They don’t understand how to manage their teams or what their teams do. Benefits are to expensive for what workers make. They act like you should put the company first at all times and should be grateful to work there. Pay is not competitive and they don’t give raises.
