Good company to work for - Clinical Quality Manager CareFirst24 Employee Review

I have found my role at CareFirst24 to be hugely beneficial to both my personal and professional development. It is very much a caring environment which understands the process in assisting you in gaining experiencing within a role, and going above and beyond where possible. It is a culture of sincerity, where every role and the individuals that fulfil those roles are treated with respect and appreciation. Many places of work will talk about the 'workplace culture' but in this case, they actually make a conscious effort to keep this as good as it can be and have been incredibly willing to adapt & put the service users, and staff in the best possible position.

The cons that I can think pertain exclusively to the hectic nature of providing complex care to those need such services.

The best start to working with a company. They have been welcoming, caring, honest and open. I have been given the freedom and support to head up the Paediatric team and start to build on the solid base already built, with the highest of standards. I am excited for the future and what we can do to improve the lives of so many children and adults under our care.

I am still looking for the perfect Paediatric nurse to join us on this exciting journey.
